AAMET Mission Statement

Meridian Therapies are the property of the world and should be freely available to all the people of the world.

It is understood that when therapists have spent time, effort and fees in learning their therapy, they can expect to charge a fair fee for their services!

Gary Craig, the founder of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) freely gives his idea for the good of the world, and we try to follow his lead in making available information too.

All the material on the AAMET site, and copyright material produced by the Association can be used free of charge, or other restriction, for the use of all in the hope that they will be used to further the cause of peace and health across the world.

Non-Profit Organisation

The AAMET or Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques is open to all, and is a non-profit making organisation, having no income to profit from.

The only requirement from AAMET is that you have some knowledge of Meridian Therapy, and a willingness to help spread knowledge of this wonderful therapy across the world.

What do AAMET provide?

The Association has no income to spend on facilities, and provides a simple yet useful service:-
  • A free E-mail Group for discussion of all matters relating to Meridian Therapies. This is open to all, beginner or advanced therapist and is intended for the free exchange of ideas on the subject. To join simply go to the eGroups Web Site and register free to join the Group Meridian-Energy.
  • This Website, which is available free to all and which contains a growing amount of material for free download and use.
  • Copyright material provided by Association Members as a service to all and this is found on this web site and in the files area of the Meridian-Energy eGroup.
  • Educational Material is provided in the form of syllabuses for courses varying from simple two-hour introduction courses to full practitioner training courses.
  • The Association reviews books related to Meridian Therapies and provides a listing of books considered to be of good value and reasonably priced together with links to authors and stockists.
  • The Association provides a listing of Practitioners for inspection by the general public when they are seeking treatment

To join AAMET

To join therapists can simply go to the AAMET website listed on our News page and register. Practitioners trained to at least EFT Level 2 can also upload a listing free of charge upon completion of 2 client cases and the AAMET Level 2 quiz. A fee of £10 per practitioner is required to be paid. Personal details and a photo are also required.

Registered Members

If you want to be a 'Registered Member' all you need to do is register on the home page of the AAMET site.

AAMET Magazine

AAMET Buzz is a brand new resource for everyone either interested or involved in meridian energy therapies. Whether you’re a practitioner looking to keep up to date with what’s new in EFT, an EFT enthusiast looking for an AAMET approved course or workshop to attend, or a novice keen to learn more about Emotional Freedom Technique or other meridian energy therapies, AAMET Buzz is for you click here to find out more.

EFT Events

For further learning, personal and professional growth there is a list of EFT and meridian tapping techniques workshops and events presented or promoted by AAMET practitioners and trainers.   To find out more about any event, click on the title link shown in blue.  This listing is a free service for those running EFT workshops to inform the EFT community.
