We discuss your needs and expectations about your consultation.
We gather information by asking questions and allowing the information to flow from you (whether it seems relevant or not).
Tell us as much as you can recall e.g. past events, thoughts, decisions, observations - even your dreams. Anything really that pops into your mind - this information is directly from your subconscious and incredibly useful.
You can make notes before the session and bring them too. We promise to do the best we can in the time available!
Often we focus less on the symptom and look more to uncover the reasons why this behaviour is present.
We'll ask you to describe the feelings, sensations and beliefs associated with your pain, when the symptoms began, what was going on just prior to the pain commencing etc.

Whatever you say in an individual consultation, email, phone call or training is kept entirely confidential. Details that are shared either by you or from us will not be disclosed, no matter who pays for your consultation.
Only in circumstances where you or others may be in danger and unsafe, will we inform the appropriate authorities concerning this threat. All work undertaken complies with the various Codes of Ethics from the professional organisations we are members of.
Here are some suggestions to get the most out of our time together. Be ready in the consultation to:
Please allow yourself to arrive 10 minutes or so prior to your consultation or be ready online 10 minutes prior to your confirmed time. Have at least a 1 litre bottle of filtered, pure water with you during the consultation. The water facilitates integration. Bring your notes/intention along with you or have it beside you for the online consultation.
If you need to rearrange a Consultation please provide 24 hours notice. Similary if Michelle is unable to keep her appointment she will contact you as soon as she can to reschedule your time or date.
Your Skype consultation must be booked and paid for 24 hours prior to your arranged time. If you fail to attend the Skype appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, then no refund for the cost of that consultation will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
If no payment has been received we will send you an invoice by PayPal for your missed appointment.
Some clients feel energized after the consultation. Others may feel tired. Please rest or spend time in nature if you need to. Continue to use the tools or homework shared with you. Be ready to follow guidelines that have been given to you during our time together and also be observant of changes in your feelings, beliefs or behaviours etc.
Take note of the comments of others, friends and family around you. You might not notice a change, and their feedback could be helpful. Allow yourself to let go of those things that have inhibited you or prevented you from gaining freedom and a better alignment to your inner self, in every area of your life.
Observe and record your dreams. Keep in contact with us concerning new or different developments. We prefer that you contact us so that we can assist as soon as possible (if required).
Drink lots of water, to help flush out the toxins. Please allow for plenty of integration time and rest as you need. And last but not least, remember to be gentle, take time to rest and love yourself!
