Maintenance Session Preparation

Prior to the your "Maintenance Programme" session you will need to give some consideration to what you wish more clarity with for example regarding: your life, your clients, family, relationships, career, direction etc. Have this information with you when you connect with Michelle by phone or Skype.

If your maintenance programme is by email then send Michelle your questions. She will give feedback & suggestions to you (if appropriate) within the time-frame agreed in your contract. Each maintenance programme is unique and individually facilitated. No two sessions are ever the same.

Responsibility

Michelle’s responsibility is to offer you insight, advice and ideas for you to take on board and work with. Michelle will hold up the mirror for you; or call you on beliefs and limitations; or help you to understand more fully; or challenge you; or ask you why you are choosing to make things more difficult on yourself etc. Michelle offers a door for you to walk through, and the choice is yours whether you walk through it or not.

pathway of truth

Michelle does not hold the responsibility of making you attend maintenance sessions; or fill out your note/workbook; or make you understand or apply the tools shared. You are responsible for your own growth, for taking care of yourself, for understanding where you are at, and for sharing this with Michelle.

What is the "Maintenance Programme?"

Having successfully completed your EFT Level 3 Advanced Practitioner Training the real EFT education begins. The next step is to drop these skills into your life - not just by having the mental understanding of them and working with them; but to actualise your learning, to actually feel it, and to actually live it.

This new “Maintenance Programme” has been designed to assist and help EFT Level 3 Advanced Practitioners get the most out of their investment, time and training.

newcastle joy

As an EFT Level 3 Advanced Practitioner the programme is totally tailored to your individual needs and offers you “individual input as & when you need it.” We utilise all you have learned during your EFT training or individual sessions, and encourage you to take the extra steps required to integrate these skills now in your life and ingrain the changes within, on a permanent basis.

The “Maintenance Programme” facilitates an opportunity for you to solidify yourself in your own growth, understanding, in your own work and take what you have learned and make that learning be so much a part of your life. So many do the healing and the work, they shift and change, but when it feels or becomes uncomfortable practitioners don't know what to do.

"Maintenance Programme" Goals

The goals of the “Maintenance Programme” are for you to:
  • Be happy, well adjusted, in control, and support yourself daily
  • Feel good about your life & direction
  • freedom
  • Be more functionable in life, career and relationships
  • Progress & evolve, be on top of your growth
  • Ask yourself “so where am I at now? How am I doing?” and get answers
  • Maintain your direction & focus by continuing your development
  • Utilize your skills & integrate what you have learned daily
  • Be grounded in who you are & feel stronger in yourself
  • Have a recourse when you need help
  • Invest in yourself

Michelle says, "this new "Maintenance Programme" is not like therapy; nor will it be as intense or in-depth as a consultation; it is a step beyond doing all the hard work that you have already completed".

What can the "Maintenance Programme" offer?

  • Another choice, another opportunity, another option to co-create the steps of your self-development
  • Regular, consistent check-in sessions with Michelle (you choose the length of the session and how often) e.g. 30 or 45 or 60 minute sessions with or without email contact; once a week, once a month, for one month, for six months, or maximum 1 year etc.
  • Connection with Michelle by email/phone/Skype depending on your location
  • An on-going resource; offering new techniques/methods/guidance; spiritual tools; suggestions, ideas, advice, insight, clarity; books etc.
  • Clarification of what your goals are, goal-setting, goal monitoring
  • Reflection - what you might need to see about yourself that you are not currently

How do I get started?

Firstly make a decision that this "Maintenance Programme" is something that you desire. The first step is to make a promise to yourself for your journey. Think about how you will stay with your program and maintain this promise to yourself. You will get out what you put in. The most important element in this programme is your commitment to YOU.

Journey of Reflection

reflection

Having made this promise to yourself, you are then asked to take time and create a reflection of your journey. This reflection gives you a presence of; or a form of direction, of where you have been, what you have done, how you have arrived there, and how you responded to Michelle’s work and tools. In addition this reflection gives you a sense of completion from one phase to the next.

Once you have completed your reflection, our intention is that you have an understanding of your own personal growth, the development of it, and where you currently are. The time of reflection will ensure your clarity for what you now require from your "Maintenance Programme". Once you have made your decision and are ready to begin your reflection, contact Michelle. She will explain more about the reflection process to you. After your reflection is received by Michelle, you will be asked to make an appointment for a one hour initial assessment.

Assessment

michelle

In your first appointment, Michelle will discuss what you wish to achieve from your "Maintenance Programme", your expectations (to ensure they are realistic); Michelle’s professional capacity and both of your individual responsibilities. She will explain how you will work together in the facilitation and co-creation of your maintenance programme.

Based on this discussion, a formal agreement will be created, i.e. a contract, which will be signed by you and Michelle committing you each to the "Maintenance Programme". The contract will also formalize your individual and financial responsibilities during your "Maintenance Programme".

Workbook

space

Before we begin your "Maintenance Programme" you will receive a digital note/workbook in pdf format. You are required to regularly fill it in, keep and maintain it just like a personal journal or diary, with your name, information, dates, days, times, “a-ha” or awareness moments, goals, direction, or thoughts. The purpose of this is to maintain your goal-setting; to help you continue in your chosen direction; and/or maintain focus on whatever you have been working on. Remember Michelle is a facilitator in your maintenance programme; it is up to you to keep your own note/workbook up-to-date.
