Workshop Cancellation Policy

We know things "come up" from time to time and there could be a possibility that you have to cancel your place in a workshop. We also know and appreciate your understanding in regards to operation and overhead costs involved when planning workshops; therefore, participant cancellations will be handled as follows:

• Cancellations due to extreme unforeseen circumstances are accepted; please advise us of any cancellations as soon as possible so that your place may be opened up to others. 
  
  
• Refunds will not be given for no-shows. However, substitutions are encouraged within the same workshop. We will work to reschedule participants on a space-available basis.
  
  
• Cancellations received less than two (2) weeks prior to the workshop are non-refundable. Any cancellation after this time will still require payment for the workshop, however we will send you the recordings and/or any notes from the workshop by email after the event. 

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop in its reasonable discretion. We will give notice in advance of this and fees will be refunded in full.  We shall have no further liability.

Inner Mystery Initiation Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

The resort we hold the Inner Mystery Initiation is a small place and if we book, they hold your room or the entire villa for you, so if you cancel there less likelyhood of a walk-in client being able to fill your room. So please be 100% sure that you want to be at the Inner Mystery Initiation before sending us your payment. 

We do not offer cash/cheque or credit card refunds for any reason. However a portion of your payment may be used as credit towards another Inner Mystery Initiation within two years of your original Inner Mystery Initiation date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If you cancel more than 90 days before your Inner Mystery Initiation start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Inner Mystery Initiation
• If you cancel 60 - 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Inner Mystery Initiation. You will forfeit 25% of the cost of your initiation.
• If you cancel 15 - 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Inner Mystery Initiation. You will forfeit 60% of the cost of your initiation.

If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Release...Peace Inner Mystery Initiation Cancellation

While we have never cancelled an Inner Mystery Initiation to date, if Release...Peace must cancel or change a scheduled Inner Mystery Initiation date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another initiation, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement. Release...Peace is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled Inner Mystery Initiation, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

All cancellations and changes MUST be presented to us in writing by email.

Privacy Policies

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. It is essential to us that you are able to use and enjoy the site without having to compromise your privacy in any way. This policy will help you understand how your personal information will be treated and may change from time to time so please check back regularly.

Remember that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example through emails or forms, chat rooms and the like - this information can be collected and used by others. If you post your personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may also receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords. Remember to be careful and responsible when you are online.

Information Collection

We collect information in various ways from different parts of our site. Some personal information is gathered when you send a personal or training inquiry. We ask for your name, contact telephone number, email address, your aims and goals for the session, additional information (which you decide to share with us) and your country of residence (so that we can contact you if we are coming to your area to offer services and training).

Your email address and name are collected when you register for our inspirational newsletter "Divine Joy". Once you register you are no longer anonymous to us.

In addition to this we may ask you for personal information at other times, for example when you report a problem with or site or services. If you contact us we may keep a record of your correspondence.

When you order services, consultations or training places, we will need to know your name, phone and e-mail address. Payment must be made in advance.

We may also collect IP addresses for system administration, independent audits and to report aggregate information to advertisers. By this we can see how our site is being used, for example, what services and facilities are popular, and how long users spend on particular pages. This is data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and it does not identify anyone individually.

How is my information used?

Our main goal in collecting personal information concerning subscribers is to provide a customised experience of our site. By knowing a little about you, we hope to deliver more relevant services and content to you. We are prohibited by virtue of the Data Protection Act 1998 from disclosing any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. Here are some of the ways your information may be disclosed:

• We may employ other companies and individuals to perform delivery functions on our behalf or to process credit card payments or to provide customer services. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the UK's Data Protection legislation
• We may, from time to time, contact you regarding our products and services
• In some promotions we will ask for your email address in order to update you on your entries and status. When you participate in these types of promotions, you automatically receive promotion-related email. Sometimes these promotion-related email messages might include targeted advertisements and the like

While we strive to protect your personal information we neither ensure nor warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online consultations, products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Confidentiality in Trainings, Tailor Made Sessions and Consultations

Whatever you say in an individual consultation, email, phone call or training is kept entirely confidential. Details that are shared either by you or from us will not be disclosed, no matter who pays for your consultation. Only in circumstances where you or others may be in danger and unsafe, will we inform the appropriate authorities concerning this threat. All work undertaken complies with the various Codes of Ethics from the professional organisations we are members of.

Legalities

General provisions - No waiver by us of any breach of any obligation arising under this agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other breach and no failure to exercise or partial exercise by us of any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.

If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid unlawful or unenforceable for any reason then such part will be severed from the remainder of this agreement, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. All prior agreements understandings and negotiations and representations (save for fraudulent misrepresentation) whether oral or in writing are cancelled in their entirety. The terms of any other electronic communications will not form part of this agreement.

Nothing in these Terms shall confer on any third party (that is, any party other than you and us) any benefit or the right to enforce any term of these Conditions and the application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to these Conditions is hereby excluded.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We accept your order by e-mail. Our acceptance of your order shall be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send a confirmation e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and us irrevocably submits to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Where you are a business as opposed to a Consumer (as referred to in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), our returns procedure shall be as outlined in our standard terms of trade.

Where you are a consumer under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our services, trainings and products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of CD, DVD, or audio, products where the item has been unsealed. Please package the relevant item securely and return it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the proof of delivery form, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
