These words of wisdom are taken from one of the last books I read while based in New Zealand. Called "Te Wheke – a celebration of infinite wisdom" written by Dr. Rangimarie Turuki Pere CBE. Her salutation:

1. Ignore it and hope it will go away (it won't)
2. Try to live with it (not forever)
