About Michelle A. Hardwick

Born in the UK, Michelle A. Hardwick is a highly qualified Hypnotherapist who began her practice in 1998. Her professional development continued with Dolores Cannon renowned QHHT Hypnotherapist specialising in the recovery of “Lost Knowledge,” as well as Dr. Brian Weiss ground-breaking Psychiatrist, New York Times best-selling Author and authority in the field of Past Life Regression.

In 2025, she published her first solo book, Menopause Wingman: The Emotional Handbook for Partners/Men. A straight-talking, warm-hearted handbook for the husbands and partners of women going through menopause, with a foreword by Loretta Dignam, Founder and CEO of The Menopause Hub. Michelle’s own story also features in Miracles Happen by Dr. Brian Weiss and Amy Weiss.


Michelle’s Journey — From New Zealand to Cork

Michelle has extensive experience in the mind, body, spirit and emotional healing field. Her successful clinic, where she first began in Dunedin, New Zealand in 1998, combined Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Michelle was one of New Zealand’s leading EFT Trainers and Practitioners before returning to her native North Wales in 2007.

She has been a weekly guest on a New Zealand radio show and a keynote speaker at numerous conferences in New Zealand and the UK. In March 2018, Michelle spoke at Pepsico’s International Women’s Day event in Little Island, Cork, Ireland. More recently, she has been featured in the Irish Examiner, EchoLive, US Insider, the US Women’s Journal and the Rhyl Journal, and appeared on 96FM with PJ Coogan and (soon) the Masters of Wellness Podcast – all in connection with the launch of Menopause Wingman.

For over 25 years, Michelle A. Hardwick has offered insights and potent tools to individuals and groups around the world during some of life’s most significant transitions: from burnout and stress to grief, trauma and major life changes. In recent years, her work has focused increasingly on one of the most transformative transitions of all: menopause. Michelle has helped countless women make sense of what’s happening to them emotionally and physically. She has worked alongside the husbands and partners beside these women, helping men understand, show up and genuinely strengthen their relationship with the woman they love.
